Chocolate and fats
trouble making your child to eat fruit? This new finding may be a good shot at finishing problems often encountered a mother.
like the daily mail written pages, some researchers have gotten way out of the problem by creating something chocolate that contain fruit juices, like apple, orange and cranberry. not like regular chocolate high fat content can, this one uses brown juice as a substitute for half the fat content commonly found in regular chocolate.
some researchers say that the technique could be applied to the entire manufacturing type of dark chocolate, milk chocolate to white, but with a touch of fruit flavor. to get rid of the taste of fruit and chocolate flavors so strongly felt, some researchers also said they could make it with water and vit. c instead of fruit juice.
This new technique was created by something the team at the university of warwick that replace cocoa butter and milk fat to make liquid chocolate with fruit juice in the form of micro bubbles that melt in the mouth.
talk about these techniques in something the American Chemical Society national meeting in New Orleans, lead researcher dr. stefan bon mention that they've got the added chocolate substitute healthier. even so, he admitted that he still continues to experiment to make the chocolate taste was delicious even use fruit juice, not just the fat.
now we expect the food industry to take steps after that as well as using the technique while producing low-fat chocolate and various types of sweets, he said.
